3. Orders & Payment
- You place an order via our online form, specifying paper type, page count, deadline, and any instructions.
- Prices are quoted per page and vary by category. Total cost = (price per page) × (number of pages).
- Payment must be made in full before work begins. We accept credit/debit cards, PayPal, and M-Pesa (Kenya).
4. Revisions Policy
We offer free unlimited revisions within 14 days of delivery to ensure your paper fully meets the supplied guidelines. Revision requests must be submitted via your order dashboard.
5. Cancellation & Refunds
- Cancellations within 1 hour of order placement receive a full refund.
- After 1 hour, refunds are prorated based on work completed.
- No refunds are issued once the paper has been delivered and accepted.
6. Confidentiality & Privacy
All client data and order details are kept strictly confidential. We do not share your personal information or papers with third parties. See our Privacy Policy for more.
7. Plagiarism & Originality
All papers are written from scratch and pass rigorous plagiarism checks. We guarantee 100% originality.
8. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, you receive exclusive rights to your paper. WriteAcademia retains no rights to reuse or redistribute it.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WriteAcademia’s liability for any claim arising out of or related to our services is limited to the amount you paid for the service.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Nairobi.
